Mr. Ponce is an executive with 40 years of proven track record of successfully managing companies and projects at a national and international level 16 including renewable energy, real estate, agriculture, and hospitality sectors.

Mr. Ponce studied in the USA at the prestigious Menlo School of Business, and holds a BS degree from the University of the Americas of Puebla, providing a solid academic foundation; he has been associated for over 30 years with TEAM S.C,. the parent company of FF&E Latin America Solutions, through all these years of his association with TEAM he has involve with several key projects: the developing of the corporate headquarters of Xerox Corporation, the Bank of America, Dupont de Mexico, Grupo NP the largest insurance company of Mexico. In the hospitality sector, he has been involved at a different management level as part of TEAM, architectural, interior design, project and constructionmanagers services for clients: the JW Mariiot flagship hotel in Polanco CDMX, for the Hilton / SideK hotel and apartment complex, today the St Regis Hotel of the Camino Real chain, which was part of the Mexican government trust fund Fobaproa.

His achievements include: strategic direction of complex companies and projects, development and execution of successful business plans, leadership and management of high-performing teams, and analysis and resolution of complex problems. His focus is on innovation, sustainability, and long-term value creation.

Jorge Pino is an architect, interior designer, and project manager with more than 40 years of international experience in the hospitality industry. As founder and principal of Hospitality Craftsmanship Solutions and TEAM SC, he is involved in every contract that is assigned to the organization.

Mr Pino studied architecture and interior design at Pratt Institute in NYC, and his professional experience includes over 10 years working and collaborating with a number of leading architectural and design firms in NYC.

As founder and principal of TEAM SC, Mr Pino has been responsible for the design of the interiors and programs of FF&E and OSE for a number of hotel projects with the brands of: Hilton, JW Marriott, Meliá, Sheraton Hotel, and the Mexican brand Camino Real Hotels.

Pablo Caso has a wide experience as an architect, interior designer, industrial designer, and painter. Has a comprehensive vision of business, with a solid foundation in architecture, sustainability, arts, and design, with a human-centered approach to empathic innovation, creating successful design and innovative experience, understanding people's perspectives. He leads through personal example and commitment, creating a multicultural and multidisciplinary team committed to excellence.

Has a degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Mexico, postgraduate studies at Anahuac University, Kellogg School of Management, Universidad Iberoamericana, Berkley University, and Steelcase University.

Has been the Interiors Director of Legorreta Architects, and Design Director of the leading office furniture manufacturers in Mexico.

Marte Gómez is a hands-on architect and interior designer, fluent in English, and with over 20 years of experience working with international companies based in Mexico. 

He has strong hands-on experience in managing large, complex projects both in the hospitality and healthcare sectors. He has been responsible as project director in overseeing the renovation of the Sheraton Hotel and Convention Center Maria Isabel in Mexico City, as well as the five-star hotel Live Aqua Hotel Boutique, also in Mexico City.

As a skilled customer service professional, he ensures quick response to their inquiries, and works jointly with the client to define their project requirements and provides the necessary support and coordination on all phases of the project.

Mario Resnikov is a businessman and textile engineer whose career spans more than 30 years as a manufacturer of jacquards, woven, knitted, bonding, and polyester & cotton fabrics. His knowledge of the textile industry in Mexico is a major asset to the activities that that today FF&E Solutions offers to its clients today.

As a manufacturer of textile products, he is well-versed in all legal regulations of export and imports for textile goods outside of Mexico and can guide our international hospitality clients on all aspects of their requirements for the export and importation of textile goods.
